About Us
Marie Leising, President and founder of Marie Leising & Associates, has been a leading recruiter in the Graphic Arts and Printing Industry since the early 1990's. She has successfully filled hundreds of client's hiring needs nationwide.
She began her career 20+ years ago as a B&W photographer. The interest in photography led to printing where she attended trade school running various presses, typesetting, prepress and bindery applications.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Print Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, she worked in several high quality offset printing firms managing Quality Assurance, Ink & Color and Client Press Approvals.
The experience from working with clients and in production gave Marie the foundation for successful recruiting skills. She spent 8 years with a well respected Graphic Arts/Print Staffing firm as their Senior Account Manager and Director of Client Services.
Forming Marie Leising & Associates has enabled the firm to consistently service their client's needs by keeping abreast of the changing Print Industry. They understand the clients and candidates needs to make successful permanent staffing solutions in Senior Level, Middle Management, Sales, Electronic/Digital Prepress and all technical positions.
